Something sweet is coming to Saint Paul! Presented by the Hive Collaborative and Twin Cities theatermakers Destiny Davison and Ross Flores, The Honey Jar is a new monthly improv variety show that brings the funniest troupes in town together for a night of laughs and fresh comedy!
The Honey Jar is hosted once a month on a Tuesday and features 2-3 troupes per night. Join us after the show for a community hangout to meet the performers, connect with other improvisers, and catch up on the latest buzz!
This show will have performers who have taken the stage at The Ordway, The Jungle Theater, Strike Theater, HUGE Improv Theater, Brave New Workshop, and festivals around the world!

ABOUT THE ARTISTS:
Destiny Davison (she/they) is an artist, cartoonist, and improviser from Minneapolis. She performs her solo show, DOLLY WHO?, routinely across the Twin Cities and is a member of Blackout Improv Comedy. She’s appeared on stages at The Ordway, The Playwright’s Center, the Minnesota Fringe Festival, HUGE Theater, the Bryant Lake Bowl, and the Brave New Workshop’s Dudley Riggs Theatre. She also draws comics and cartoons at www.yllodaka.com and @hellodollywho.
Ross Flores (he/him) is a comedian, actor, and dancer originally from New York but now located in Minnesota, specifically the great city of Saint Paul. He started doing improv in Chicago and, since then, has performed improv, stand up, and sketch comedy throughout the country. This includes, but is not limited to, The Second City, Laugh Factory (Chicago) the Chicago Improv Festival, Broadway Comedy Club, the Del Close Marathon, North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival, Crossroads Comedy Festival, Twin Cities Improv Festival, SnoJam Comedy Festival, Ocean State Improv Festival, HUGE Improv Theater, and Brave New Workshop’s Dudley Riggs Theatre. Also, his solo show, The Manny Rodriguez Show, premiered in November of 2024 and has since been performed in Minnesota, Rhode Island, and Germany. Find him on Instagram: @rofloflo.
